feat: implement PDF generation and update Dockerfile

- Add PDF generation using go-pdf/fpdf (Pure Go library)
- Walk markdown AST and render directly to PDF
- Update Dockerfile to include themes directory and config
- Fix ENTRYPOINT format for serve mode
